Cost and finances
The cost of the procedure including Facility and the Surgeons fee (all inclusive) is $5995.00
A $500.00 deposit is required to schedule a date of surgery. The balance of the fee is payable 2 weeks before surgery in the form of a cashier's check, money order or cash. If surgery is cancelled within 2 weeks before the scheduled date, the $500.00 deposit becomes non-refundable.
